THE BUILDING

Ritchie Court was built to a high specification.  Quality materials were used, and the corridors and communal areas are spacious, high-ceilinged and light.  The same is true of the apartments.  These all have separate kitchens, bathrooms and store rooms, which contribute to a general feeling of space, light and practicality.  Some apartments have patios; others have generous balconies.

ACCOMODATION

• 17 apartments
  Typically living area 16x12ft; bed recess 9x9ft
• 21 one bedroom apartments
  Typically living room 16x12ft; bedroom 13x12ft
• 5 two bedroom apartments
  Typically of similar dimensions to the one bedroom apartment but with an extra bedroom.

SPECIFICATION

Each apartment has:

• Kitchen
• Bathroom - with extractor ventilator
• Two way entry phone system to the front door
• Emergency Cord - in both bathroom and bedroom to call the warden
• Storage facilities
• Many apartments have either a patio or a balcony

COMMUNAL FACILITIES

Include the following:

• Dining Room - for lunch only (5 days).  Light supper dishes may be ordered
• Garden and Patio
• Library
• Car Park - with security lighting
• Laundry room
• Guest Room - 1 twin, 1 single
• Satellite Dish for Communal TV

• Two Guest Rooms - A double and a single to allow residents guests to stay overnight
